To conduct a single verification, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Select ‘Verify Hash’ > Enter your hash and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
To verify multiple has records simultaneously, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Click on ‘Upload File’ > Select ‘Bulk Upload Verify’. On the ‘Bulk Upload’ page, click on ‘Choose File’ to select and upload a file of your choice from your system and click on the ‘Upload’ button.
After successfully uploading a file for bulk verification (refer to Q.2), click on ‘Upload File’ > Select second option under dropdown > ‘Bulk Upload Report’ to find the results of your bulk verification.
To see and download verification results, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Select ‘Reports’ > Select ‘Verification Report’. You can view and download any report you like from the list.
Make sure the file you’re trying to upload is in the PDF format and check with the recipient if they shared the correct file with you. If you’re still unable to upload a file, we might be facing some technical difficulties. Please try again after some time.
You can bulk upload documents in PDF formats for only one company at a time. Kindly maintain separate documents for different companies.
While uploading new documents, enter the name of the company you’re doing the verification for in the ‘Company Name’ field.
Licenses are simply permissions for the number of team members you can add to your Verifier Account.
The number of licenses/team members allotted to every verifier account is dependent on their Subscription Plan. Prime Users are allotted 3 licenses including the main user and Platinum Users are allotted 5 licenses including the main user.
To add team members to your Verifier account, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Select ‘Add Staff’ > Select ‘Add Team Members’ and enter their details.
To edit your Staff Members, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Select ‘Add Staff’ > From the list of Staff at the bottom, click on edit to change the details of your existing team members. To increase the number of staff members on your account, visit the ‘Verification Plan’ page to upgrade your plan.
Yes. You can set the Staff Member's status as Active or Inactive depending on your requirement.

The Wallet Report/Billing Report contains all the details of each one of your transactions on CertCheck including the date, amount, opening balance, closing balance and more.
To download individual reports, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Click on ‘Reports’ > Select Verification Reports > Select the file you wish to download and click on ‘Download Report’. In case you select multiple files from different companies, the reports will be downloaded in separate PDFs company-wise. Please note that you can only download successfully verified records.
You can see your current plan on the navigation bar on the top right corner of your screen, listed along with your username. You can also check the details of your plan by clicking on ‘Verification Plan’.

Once you’ve successfully uploaded a file and if records exist in issuer's database then you can see results, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Click on ‘Dashboard’ to find all your hashes. To download your details, click on ‘Export Hash’.

An identification number is your roll number or employee ID.
Every certificate has a unique number. Please check your certificate to find the certificate number.
To view the status and export the has for enrolled certificates, click on the Options icon on Homepage > Click on ‘Dashboard’. You will find all your certificates listed here.
Upon exporting a hash, you’ll receive a PDF file that you can share with your company/background verification firm.
For security reasons, you cannot directly copy paste a hash. You can export your details and share it through a PDF file.
To change your password, click on the button with your name on the top right corner of your screen > Select ‘Change Password’.
